Loft conversions
Loftt conversion types
There are many different ways to build up into your loft space from simply keeping the original roof to completely altering it to maximise the available space to you. We work with the architects and planning to ensure you can get exactly what want from your new space.
Installation process
The install of your loft will always start with the new floor joists, flooring and stairs going in to create our platform to build off. The basic shell of the conversion will be created and made water tight with the 1st fix install to follow. Once everything is in its correct position and to plan we will then move forward to the 2nd fix, which is where you will see your loft begin to take shape. The walls are covered, utilities can be fitted and your choice of fixtures and fittings will go on. This will lead us to the final fix which is to ensure everything is ready for you to move into, the finished article.

Extensions
Extension Types
The basic two extension types are single or double storey. From these your can create which ever shape, room orientation and design you are pleased with. We have completed many different types and sizes of extensions for customers so are able to accommodate your needs which ever route you would like to take.
Installation Process
All extensions will start with digging the footings and fitting the slab to create the base to build off. Once this is in place the extension can start to take shape whether it be timber frame or traditional block or brick build. As in every build we will then complete the first fix which puts all utilities and structures in the right place before moving forward to the wall coverings and 2nd fix phase. 2nd fix requires a bit more customer input as to the finish you would require. After all these phases are complete will move onto the final stage of painting and fitting utilities and fixtures to leave you with your ideal finished extension.

Installation Process
Most kitchen installs will be completed in a matter of days, starting with the initial rip out to fitting of the new units, doors, wortops and appliances. If a re-design is entailed we will complete the structural work firstly to create the space for whatever type or design of kitchen you would like. As in any build process once all phases are complete we move onto the final snag phase to ensure every minor detail is completed to the highest standard leaving you with your new pristine dream kitchen
